Commercials come with no warning

I have been listening to this podcast for a few years now, whenever I’m having a bout of anxiety. Going through it currently, and the new skin care commercials just pop in and it kind of loses my focus on what Gina is saying. I get that podcasts are a business but maybe a heads up about the commercial?
